Recipe type: Breakfast
Serves: 2
Ingredients
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together with a fork until there are no longer any separation of whites and yolks.
  2. Place a nonstick pan over low heat and add the tablespoon of butter. Wait for the butter to melt and froth before pouring in the whisked eggs.
  3. Leave the eggs to cook for about 30 seconds until the bottom has had a chance to set. Use a rubber spatula to run through the centre of the pan, bring a sheet of cooked egg to the side.
  4. Continue to repeat this method until the eggs are just about cooked. Remove the pan from the heat and serve the eggs immediately.
