Rice Bubble Slice is a classic nostalgic recipe that takes minutes to make. Sweet, chewy and slightly crunchy, it’s a delicious treat!

– Rice Bubbles – Butter – Honey – White Sugar – Salt


In a small saucepan add the butter, honey, sugar and salt.


Heat over medium-high heat, stirring continuously until the butter has melted and the ingredients are well combined.


Bring to the boil and boil for 2-3 minutes until the mixture begins to thicken.


In a large bowl add the rice bubbles. Pour over the melted butter and honey mixture.


Use a wooden spoon to combine the ingredients together. Continue to fold until all of the rice bubbles have been coated, making sure to scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl.
