Chocolate Crackles have been a favourite through the decades at children’s birthday parties. Made with real chocolate they’re a sweet treat everyone loves!

– Rice Bubbles – Desiccated Coconut – Icing Sugar / Powdered Sugar – Cocoa Powder – Dark Chocolate

Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl add the rice bubbles, desiccated coconut, icing sugar and cocoa powder.

Mix together until all of the rice bubbles are evenly coated with the dry ingredients.

In a medium sized bowl melt the chocolate over a pot of simmering water or in the microwave in 20 second bursts, stirring in between.

When it has fully melted add the coconut oil and stir until smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate and coconut oil into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
